Our Mission

We serve bold Indian cuisine—rooted in Ayurvedic traditions that nourish mind, body, and soul—while directly addressing food inequality. Through partnerships with community organizations and culinary programs, we hire talent seeking second chances. We operate as responsible stewards, learning the food supply chain from the ground up, and building a company focused on net good for our customers, employees, and communities.

Our Vision

A Denver-based national Indian food brand that proves a new model of business is possible—one where diverse teams (from corporate strategy to kitchen line) work together with grit and intention. We respect the legacy we’ve inherited, honor mentors who came before us, and demonstrate that companies can reject hypercapitalism, address root causes of hunger, and serve delicious food while creating outsized impact in the communities that shaped us.

How We Got Here

Started as a Virtual Kitchen in Arizona → Ghost Kitchen in Denver → La Victoria Incubation Kitchen Program → Now operating our own food truck, with plans to scale operations nationally while staying rooted in local impact.

Core Beliefs

  1. Our relationship with food is broken—we skip meals, eat mindlessly, ignore nutrition
  2. The global food supply chain perpetuates inequality and childhood hunger
  3. Indian cuisine is among the world’s richest, capable of deep nourishment
  4. Local first—but thinking nationally
  5. Second chances matter; they lead to great things
